5. Payment Terms and Pricing

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the services requested. All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly billing for ongoing maintenance services
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work completed cannot be refunded, but unused portions of prepaid services may be eligible for refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, methodologies, and materials provided by AutoWizy remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in writing.

6.2 Client Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data, content, and pre-existing intellectual property. Custom solutions developed specifically for you become your property upon full payment.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services and any delivered solutions for your business purposes.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of your business information
• Implementing appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Not disclosing your information to third parties without consent

• Complying with applicable data protection regulations

8. Service Level Agreement

8.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services, excluding scheduled maintenance periods.

8.2 Support

Support is provided during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM Jordan time, Sunday through Thursday) with response times:

• Critical issues: Within 4 hours
• Standard issues: Within 24 hours
• General inquiries: Within 48 hours

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will provide any completed work or deliverables
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Access to our systems and services will be revoked

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
